Rental Vehicles for our Operations in Zabul

Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Rental of Three 4x4 Vehicles in Zabul Province

The Community Development and Research Organization (CDRO), a non-governmental, non-profit organization working to support vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance, relief interventions, and community development in Afghanistan, invites qualified and experienced vehicle rental companies to submit quotations for the rental of three (3) 4x4 vehicles for a period of five (5) months to support its project operations in Zabul Province.

The vehicles will be used to facilitate staff transportation and field activities in Atghar, Nawbahar, and Qalat districts, including travel to remote areas with challenging road conditions. Vehicles must be reliable, roadworthy, well-maintained, and suitable for off-road travel. Bidders are requested to clearly specify their rental rates and indicate whether driver services, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other associated costs are included in their quotations.

Interested and eligible companies must submit their quotations along with valid business registration documents, vehicle registration documents, relevant experience, and other required supporting documents.
