Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Supply and Delivery of Food Packages in Nangarhar Province

The Association for Aid and Relief, Japan (AAR Japan) – Kabul Office invites eligible suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of food packages, including wheat flour, cooking oil, sugar, green tea, iodized salt, and beans, for its humanitarian project in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan.

Interested suppliers must submit a complete quotation with all required supporting documents by 12 November 2026, at 11:00 AM (Afghanistan local time).
