SALES & Marketing DIVISION
1. Digital Sales Executive – Female (Kabul)
Relevant Experience: 1–3 Years (Sales / Call Center / Customer engagement Preferred)
Role Overview:
Responsible for handling inbound digital leads generated through UA Telecom marketing campaigns and converting them into active customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication channels.
This role focuses on customer engagement, lead handling, and sales conversion support, working closely with field and senior sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads from digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Engage customers via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Present UA Telecom internet and connectivity solutions
- Convert inquiries into sales-ready opportunities
- Maintain continuous follow-up with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
- Refer qualified prospects to Field Sales or Senior Sales teams for:
- site visits
- technical evaluation
- product demonstrations
- final deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and sales departments
2. Sales Officer (Male) – Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar-e-Sharif
Relevant Experience: 1–3 Years
Role Overview:
Responsible for field-based sales operations, customer acquisition, and promotion of ISP connectivity solutions across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct field visits to acquire new customers
· Promote internet and enterprise connectivity solutions
· Develop and manage sales pipeline and leads
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
· Coordinate with technical teams for installation and service delivery
3. Sales Supervisor (Male) – Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar-e-Sharif
Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising sales operations, leading sales teams, and ensuring achievement of revenue and business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise sales team performance
· Own team targets, revenue achievement, and pipeline growth
· Monitor KPIs and ensure sales discipline
· Train, coach, and develop sales staff
· Conduct field supervision and client engagement support
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
· Manage key enterprise and high-value customer accounts
4. Social Media & Graphic Designer – Kabul (Head Office)
Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing UA Telecom’s digital presence and developing creative marketing content to support brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design visual content for digital and print platforms
· Manage social media platforms and content strategy
· Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Create engaging creative content (graphics, videos, motion designs)
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
· Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
· Support marketing activities that drive customer acquisition
