Vision Development Organization (VDO), founded in 2015 by Afghan women leaders, is a national, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and leadership of women, youth, and marginalized communities. Despite Afghanistan’s complex humanitarian and governance challenges, VDO has grown into a trusted, principled, and adaptive organization, delivering programs in protection, education, livelihoods, social inclusion, and community development across multiple provinces. Anchored in integrity, accountability, and operational excellence, VDO upholds strong governance, safeguarding, and compliance standards while championing women’s leadership and equitable, high-quality service delivery.

Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate multitasking abilities and possess diverse operational skills relevant to WFP activities, including beneficiary registration, crowd control, food and cash distribution, warehouse/stock management, loading and unloading, reporting, and other field-based humanitarian operations.

• Support crowd management and orderly movement of beneficiaries during registration, food distribution, cash assistance, and emergency response operations. 
• Maintain safe and organized distribution environments.
• Assist vulnerable beneficiaries and support implementation teams in managing field operations effectively.
• Report security concerns, operational issues, or incidents to supervisors.
• Ensure respectful interaction with beneficiaries and adherence to safeguarding and accountability principles.

• High school education preferred;
• Minimum 1–2 years of field support or community engagement experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in challenging field conditions.

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is accepting CVs and applications from qualified candidates from 13 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 to establish a candidate roster (database) for future employment opportunities. Eligible applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply through the Google Form available below on the website.
