Job Summary

  • Represent VDO in clusters, working groups, and platforms.
  • Maintain effective relationships with government authorities, donors, agencies, NGOs, and partners.
  • Identify partnership, collaboration, and resource mobilization opportunities.
  • Facilitate external coordination, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare coordination reports and communicate key updates to management.
  • Promote organizational visibility, advocacy initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Support management with stakeholder analysis and external relations recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level education programming experience.
  • Strong understanding of EiE, child protection, and education systems.
  • Experience managing donor-funded education projects and multi-provincial teams.
  • Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is accepting CVs and applications from qualified candidates from 13 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 to establish a candidate roster (database) for future employment opportunities. Eligible applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply through the Google Form available below on the website.
