Financial Specialist & Accounting System Designer

Sedaghat Baghlani Trading Company is seeking an experienced **Financial Specialist & Accounting System Designer** to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's financial and accounting systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing accounting processes, overseeing financial and accounting operations, preparing financial and management reports, implementing cost accounting systems, coordinating financial activities across provincial branches, and supporting the development and enhancement of financial software solutions.

Applicants should have strong experience in financial management, accounting system design, internal controls, financial reporting, cost accounting, and ERP/accounting software. Experience in trading, manufacturing, industrial, cold storage, or poultry processing operations will be considered an advantage.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Accounting Supervisor role.

* Proven experience working with trading, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-branch companies.

* Strong ability to analyze, design, implement, and improve accounting systems.

* Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Internal Controls.

* Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

* Proven experience in designing and implementing Cost Accounting systems for trading, cold storage, and poultry processing/slaughterhouse operations.

* Ability to prepare financial reports, technical documentation, policies, and procedures.

* Strong leadership, team management, and branch coordination skills.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
