Contract title: Procurement of 100 Packages Agri-Inputs (Maize Hybrid Seeds, DAP and Urea Fertilizers and other farming tools), Delivery to Project Site, Kot and Nazyan Districts of Nangarhar Province.

Deadline for submission of RFQ as hard copy: All Applicants must submit their application on date June 28, 2026, from 8:30 AM- 09:30 AM (Late Submission will not accepted)

INVITATION TO BID

RRAA is launching a National Open Tender and invites all Interested Agriculture Companies Only to participate in the procurement process for the goods and/or services specified in the attached RFQ.

Please provide your quotations on quotation submission form and must be properly filled, signed, and stamped and must be returned along with other required documents requested in this RFQ

All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below Late bids will be rejected and disqualified.

Tender documents will be available from June 22, 2026, till June 28, 2026, interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the ACBAR site.
