Mid-Term Evaluation of the Project “Multi-sector Emergency Assistance for Vulnerable Population

Caritas Germany is an international humanitarian organization that has been supporting vulnerable communities in Afghanistan through its national partners for several decades. As part of its humanitarian portfolio, Caritas Germany is implementing the project "Multi-sector Emergency Assistance for Vulnerable Population Affected by Protracted Crisis in Herat, Urozgan, Nangarhar, and Kunar Provinces, Afghanistan," funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) and implemented in partnership with Cordaid and the Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA).

Caritas Germany hereby invites eligible Organizations/companies to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct the Mid-Term Evaluation of the project. The evaluation will assess the project's progress and performance during the implementation period and provide practical recommendations to support the effective implementation of the remaining project activities.

Interested applicants are requested to submit their applications in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) and application templates. The deadline for submission of applications is 21 July 2026.
