ITB for the Supply of Learning Toolkits for Skills Development and Literacy (SDL)

The Afghanistan Institute for Civil Society (AICS) invites sealed bids from eligible, legally registered commercial companies in Afghanistan for the Supply of Learning Toolkits for Skills Development and Literacy (SDL) under an Open National Competitive Bidding process.

The procurement covers the supply and delivery of learning toolkits in accordance with the technical specifications, quantities, and requirements set out in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents.

The bidding process is open only to qualified for-profit commercial entities holding a valid business license issued by the Government of Afghanistan and meeting the eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the ITB. Interested bidders are encouraged to obtain the bidding documents and submit their sealed bids before the deadline indicated in the solicitation.
