INVITATION TO BID

RRAA hereby launches a National Open Tender and invites all Interested Registered Logistics and Other Experienced Companies to participate in the procurement process by submitting bids for the transportation services specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Please submit your bid using the Bid Submission Form. The form must be duly completed, signed, and stamped, and returned together with all other documents required under this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below Late bids will be rejected and disqualified.

Tender documents will be available from July 13, 2026, till August 2, 2026, interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the ACBAR site.
