CALL FOR REOI - ENGAGEMENT OF LEGAL CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO ICRC

Introduction:

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an independent, neutral and humanitarian organization ensuring protection and assistance for victims of war and other situations of violence. The ICRC has been carrying out its humanitarian activities for the people of Afghanistan over four decades, which it continues in various fields, including physical rehabilitation programs, programs for detainees, support to the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS), support in health, water and sanitation, economic security etc. The ICRC currently has about 1600+ employees.

Within this consultancy, the ICRC delegation in Afghanistan intends to have a long-term framework agreement for legal services and hereby requesting EXPRESSION OF INTEREST from your company for the following below services.

Within the framework of its assistance program in Afghanistan, the ICRC intends to Request for Expression of Interest for the following Services:

Engagement of a legal consultant to provide expert legal advice and support on employment, finance, administration, and other operational matters.
