CRS carries out development and emergency relief efforts in Afghanistan with a focus on rural livelihoods through diverse programs that promote food security, natural resource management, and access to quality primary school education for marginalized communities and emergency response as needs arise.

CRS Afghanistan is seeking to engage with a high-level professional consultant will provide technical expertise to strengthen access to finance within agricultural value chains by assessing financial institutions, financial products, and identifying constraints and opportunities affecting agricultural producers and SMEs to access agricultural finance under the P2P project.
