Project Design and Proposal Writing Training

A Project Design and Proposal Writing Training was held at ACBAR’s main hall in two batches: the first batch from October 21-23, 2024, and the second batch from October 29-31, 2024.

The training aimed to strengthen the project development and proposal writing skills of participants from various NGOs under the SHAPE TPP partnership. A total of 55 participants (14 females and 41 males) attended, representing a wide range of organizations.

The first batch focused on NGOs based in Kabul city, with 30 participants (8 females, 23 males). The second batch catered to NGOs that their main offices are located in provinces. With 25 participants (6 females, 18 males).

The training covered essential topics such as project design principles, proposal writing techniques, and monitoring and evaluation. Participants learned how to structure effective projects, develop persuasive proposals, and manage project budgets. Interactive sessions, group exercises, and real-life case studies were used to enhance learning.
