Health, Disability and Development Organization (HDDO) is a national nonprofit and nonpolitical organization which has been registered with Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in 07 January 2020 with the aims to advocate, promote and facilitate the Economic empowerment, socioeconomic reintegration, Physical rehabilitation, provision of health, education and livelihood support to the most marginalized, hard to reach and underserved population of the Country including person with disabilities, victims of war, mine and ERW in Afghanistan. Job Description:
General Responsibilities :
1. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
Ensure high-quality implementation of primary health care, physical rehabilitation, and psychosocial counseling services across the PRC, Sub Health Center, Mobile Health Teams, and Mobile Rehabilitation Units. This includes conducting field visits, ensuring effective referral and follow-up pathways with health facilities, maintaining ethical and professional standards, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of all activities and beneficiaries.
2. Coordination, Compliance & Capacity Building
Coordinate with hospitals, health facilities, and stakeholders; provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to health, rehabilitation, and MHPSS staff; ensure compliance with MoPH and HDDO policies; represent the project in relevant coordination forums; and perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Description:
The Technical Supervisor will oversee the fixed PRC, Sub Health Center, Mobile health team and the mobile rehabilitation units, ensuring high-quality PHC, Rehabilitation and MHPSS services. The role involves coordinating with provincial Hospitals and health facilities, conducting field visits to identify persons with disabilities and earthquake victims, facilitating access to advanced medical services, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards. The Technical Supervisor will also provide technical guidance to project staff and report regularly to HDDO and stakeholders, etc.
He/She will be reporting to the Provincial Manager and other seniors staff in the Organization

Qualification:
Medical Doctor with extensive experiences in BPHS and EPHS .
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of related experience in the MD,
