Jalalabad
ACBAR Eastern Regional Office is located in Jalalabad and covers four provinces, namely Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Nuristan. Currently, in Eastern region, ACBAR has 57 members, consisting of 30 international and 27 national NGOs.
In -2025, the Advisory Board (AB) members for ACBAR Jalalabad office are YVO, DRC,IRW and Tdh. As per the policy, the AB members and ACBAR Regional Manager actively engage in advocacy and communication with stakeholders including provincial authorities in overcoming challenges faced by NGOs. Additionally, AB members provide necessary advice to ACBAR and agency members as/when relevant.
Advisory Board elections are normally held in the first quarter of each year through ACBAR’s NGOs Coordination Meeting.
As per the ACBAR policy, ACBAR Eastern region provides support to its members at regional and provincial levels through coordination, information sharing, advocacy, and communication with all stakeholders. In addition to capacity development for accomplishing humanitarian and development goals, ACBAR eastern region has maintained close coordination and relationship with all agency members, humanitarian colleagues, and relevant government authorities.

Mazar -e- Sharif
ACBAR Northern Regional Office is located in Mazar-e-Sharif and covers five provinces, namely Balkh, Samangan, Jawzjan, Sar-e-Pul, and Faryab. Currently, in northern region, ACBAR has 71 members, consisting of 41 international and 30 national NGOs.
In 2025, the Advisory Board (AB) members for the ACBAR Mazar office are WHH, RRAA, HIHAO, and ADWSO. As per the policy, the AB members and ACBAR Regional Manager actively engage in advocacy and communication with stakeholders including provincial authorities in overcoming challenges faced by NGOs. Additionally, AB members provide necessary advice to ACBAR and agency members as/when relevant.

Kunduz
ACBAR Northeastern Regional Office is located in Kunduz and covers four provinces, namely Baghlan, Takhar, Badakhshan, and Kunduz. Currently, in northeastern region, ACBAR has 96 members, consisting of 44 international and 52 national NGOs.
In 2025, the Advisory Board (AB) members for the ACBAR Kunduz office are ACTED,ASIO,DACAAR and OHW.
