Supply of In-Kind Food Assistance and Agriculture / Vegetable Input Kits
Faradata Social Change & Women Empowerment Organization (FSCWEO) is a national non-governmental organization operating in Afghanistan with a mandate to support vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance, food security, livelihoods, and resilience-building interventions. FSCWEO works in close coordination with relevant humanitarian stakeholders and applies internationally recognized standards to ensure transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in all its operations.
As part of its preparedness for upcoming humanitarian interventions, FSCWEO intends to identify, assess, and finalize a roster of eligible suppliers capable of providing in-kind food assistance and agriculture/vegetable input kits in accordance with minimum technical and quality standards. This initiative is designed to strengthen FSCWEO’s supply readiness and improve the timeliness and efficiency of future responses.
The present Request for Quotation (RFQ) is therefore issued solely for the purpose of supplier roster development. Submission of a quotation under this RFQ does not constitute, imply, or guarantee any contract award, purchase order, or delivery assignment. Inclusion in the supplier roster does not create any contractual obligation on the part of FSCWEO.
Under this RFQ, FSCWEO invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit price quotations only for the following items:
In-Kind Food Assistance, based on a 50% FSAC monthly ration; and
Agriculture / Vegetable Input Kits, consisting of vegetable seeds and basic hand tools.
All specifications, quantities, quality requirements, delivery conditions, and the financial quotation format are included in one single RFQ document. Suppliers may submit quotations for one or both components.
The evaluation of quotations will be conducted on a 100% price-based selection, subject to compliance with eligibility requirements and minimum technical specifications. Only quotations meeting these conditions will be considered for inclusion in FSCWEO’s supplier roster.
FSCWEO reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to cancel or amend this RFQ, and to establish or revise the supplier roster at any time without incurring any liability
