Job Summary
Job Summary:
SEPA Engineering and Consulting Company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design works, field/site visits, coordination with relevant government authorities, and technical support for ongoing and future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and field assessments as required.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during project planning and implementation phases.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and project partners when required.
- Support project management and supervision activities.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering survey and design.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, design procedures, and construction practices.
- Excellent command of English and Turkish languages (written and spoken).
- Fluency in both local languages (Dari and Pashto).
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work both in office and field environments.
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office applications is preferred.
