HealthNet TPO intends to procure Consultancy Services for Evaluating an Integrated Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Systems Strengthening Program in Afghanistan: A Mixed-Methods Process Evaluation as per the attached TOR; therefore, all interested consultancy companies are kindly requested to submit their company’s proposals to HealthNet TPO Kabul Office on 18-Oct- 2026 at or before 11:00 AM (Afghanistan Time) sharp. HealthNet TPO Procurement Committee will not accept Proposals received after the aforementioned date and time.
