Digital Media & Content Officer

Madina Specialized Center is a premium healthcare and aesthetic center dedicated to delivering high-quality beauty, wellness, and professional training services. Combining clinical standards with a customer-centered approach, we offer specialized treatments in facial therapy, massage therapy, hijama (cupping therapy), body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyebrow artistry, and professional skincare. The Digital Content & Brand Communications Officer is responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that represents the Madina Specialized Center brand. This includes content planning, photography, videography, video editing, social media management, capturing professional before-and-after results, and presenting confidently on camera. The role requires creativity, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to produce high-quality content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, photography, or videography.

• Ability to shoot high-quality photos and videos using a camera or smartphone.

• Basic to intermediate video and photo editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.

• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Ability to create engaging content, including reels, stories, educational videos, and before-and-after content.

• Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to appear on camera.

• Fluent spoken Dari and Pashto are mandatory for presenting educational and promotional content.

• Professional appearance, clear speaking voice, and personal style suitable for representing a premium beauty and wellness brand.

• Creative, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Experience in the beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry is an advantage.

• Having shooting and editing tools like PC, Camera will be an advantage.
