Job Summary

Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, clean and perform permitted basic adjustments of production or packaging machinery in accordance with approved SOPs, batch instructions, GMP and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·         Perform machine setup, assembly, disassembly and changeover according to approved procedures.

·         Verify product name, batch number, materials, components, labels and machine settings before operation.

·         Operate assigned machinery safely and monitor operating parameters and output.

·         Monitor rejects, waste, alarms, downtime and abnormal machine conditions.

·         Complete machine logbooks, cleaning records, line clearance records and other required production documentation accurately.

·         Perform routine cleaning and basic permitted adjustments without bypassing safety or GMP controls.

·         Immediately report machine breakdowns, abnormal conditions, safety risks or product-quality concerns.

·         Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

·         Follow gowning, personal hygiene, PPE, safety and GMP requirements.

·         Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and technical interventions as instructed.

·         Complete proper shift handover and communicate machine status and pending issues.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum secondary school education; technical/vocational education is an advantage.

·         Preferably at least one year of machine operation experience in manufacturing.

·         Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics or other controlled manufacturing environments is an advantage.

·         Ability to follow written SOPs and complete basic records accurately.

·         Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

·      Fluent in Dari and English
