Proposal (RFP) FOR GROUP IN- HOUSE TRAINING

SME Client Support Afghanistan LLC (SCSA) invites qualified professional external training consultancy firms to submit proposals for the design and delivery of group in-house training workshops for SCSA staff in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

The assignment consists of seven practical, participatory training modules to be delivered in Kabul between September and December 2026.

The purpose of this assignment is to strengthen practical staff competencies in communication, leadership, time management, organizational skills, workplace safety, emergency response, and mental health and stress resilience. SCSA intends to conduct seven high-quality participatory training workshops between September and December 2026.
