This solicitation is issued through the WAVE tendering platform. Bidders must review all instructions and attachments prior to the quotation submission.

Other Requirements:

Bid Security: 2% of the total quoted amount is required to be submitted with bid documents & hard original documents to be submitted to IOM Kabul office before or on day of bid closure.

Eligible Companies to Submit Quotation: Construction companies holding a Valid Business License Only.

Validity of Offer: 120 Days

Districts: Mohammdak Villege, Chahar Bolak District

Currency of quotation: Afghani (AFN)

Tax: All prices should be exclusive of VAT and other indirect TAXES.

Last Deadline for submission of quotation through the system is: 13 September 2026.

Clarifications/ Questions on Bid Documents:

The final deadline for submitting requests for clarification regarding the tender documents or any project-related issues is 09 Sep 2026. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through the WAVE messaging system or iommazarprocurement@iom.intClarification requests submitted through any other communication channel will not be considered.

Project Site Visit:

A site visit will be conducted jointly by IOM engineer and the technical representatives of participating companies on Sep 06 and 07, 2026 in Mohammdak Villege, Chahar Bolak District of Balkh Province-Afghanistan from 9:30AM to 02:00PM.

To facilitate coordination, companies are requested to send the full name and contact number of their technical representative via email at iomkabulprocurement@iom.int or through the WAVE system messaging no later than Sep 02 2026 at 04:00PM, Local time.

The last deadline for expressing interest in attending the project site visit is 02 Sep 2026 at 4:00 PM (Afghanistan local time). Companies that fail to express their interest by the specified deadline will not be eligible to participate in the site visit and, consequently, will not be permitted to submit a quotation.

Furthermore, if a company, for any reason, does not attend the mandatory site visit, its quotation will not be considered and will be automatically rejected during the preliminary stage of the evaluation process.
