Invitation to Bid for the Development of 14 Organizational Policies

Modern Idea Educational Organization for Afghans Development (MIEOAD) intends to develop 14 required organizational policies through a competitive bidding process.

Qualified consulting firms are hereby invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the terms, criteria, and specifications stated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), using one of the following methods:

• Physical submission in a sealed envelope to the address stated in the RFQ; or
• Submission by email to: mieoad2016.org@gmail.com

All proposals must be submitted before the specified deadline. Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
