PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT NOTICE - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Medair, an international humanitarian organization, invites qualified, experienced, eligible, and legally registered suppliers, contractors, and service providers to participate in the procurement opportunity described below in support of its humanitarian operations in Afghanistan. Interested bidders are encouraged to obtain the solicitation of documents attached to this announcement and submit their offers in accordance with the instructions provided.

Medair seeks qualified suppliers to provide “Reliable ambulance rental services for Medair Basic Health Center (BHC) to support 24-hour maternity services, including safe and timely transportation of patients for referrals and emergencies. The service shall include a clean, roadworthy, well-maintained ambulance with a qualified and licensed driver, available as required by Medair”. Detailed specifications, scope of service, eligibility requirements, submission and instructions are provided in the solicitation document.

Requests for any clarification must be submitted in writing to “tenders-afg@medair.org” no later than 10-September-2026.
