FMIC | RFQ - Mineral Water - 19 Liters

French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) invites eligible suppliers/vendors to submit sealed quotations for the Supply of Mineral Water – 19 Liter/Bottle.

Contract Type: Framework Contract
Contract Duration: One Year

The RFQ document is available for download from this announcement. Interested bidders shall submit their signed and stamped quotation in a sealed envelope, along with a copy of their valid and updated business license.

Important Note to Suppliers: Please carefully review the complete RFQ, including all terms and conditions, before submitting your quotation. Submission of a quotation confirms the supplier’s acceptance of the RFQ requirements.

The quantity indicated in the RFQ is an estimated quantity for the framework period. FMIC will purchase the items as and when required through individual Purchase Orders and reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity. Submission of a quotation does not constitute a commitment by FMIC to purchase the full estimated quantity.

Delivery, Unloading and Internal Transportation: The supplier shall be responsible for unloading/offloading, providing all required labor, and transporting the items to the three designated destinations within the FMIC compound. All related costs shall be included in the quoted price. FMIC staff shall not be responsible for unloading, handling, or internal transportation.
