Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

 

  • To learn commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Responsible for shift handling of Mechanical /Electrical sections
  • nspect equipment and identify for any abnormality.
  • Condition based monitoring.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve maximum production.
  • Responsible for Man & Machine safety.
  • Study mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with TQM (Total quality Management)
  • To learn Troubleshoot on mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is carried out according to approved standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in the cement plant or other heavy industrial plants is preferred.
