Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Maintenance & Power: Supervise the operation of main plant substations, high-voltage transformers, switchgears, and motor control centers.
2. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for heavy-duty motors and drives.
3. Instrumentation & Control: Manage process control instrumentation (e.g., sensors for temperature, pressure, and gas flow). Calibrate devices, tune control loops, and support  Distributed Control System (DCS) or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations.                                                                                                                                                                           4. Troubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose electrical faults, perform ,root-cause analysis on equipment failures, and develop technical solutions to prevent recurring production downtime.
5. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical safety protocols, ensure lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance, and audit hazardous areas.
6. Project Management: Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of new E&I equipment during plant upgrades or shutdowns.

 

Job Requirements

Candidates ability...
1. Preferable..   graduate/diploma degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Communication field.
1. Must be familiar about Electrical safety.
2. Must Have knowledge of electrical switchgears
3. Must have to read control scheme.
4. Having basic idea of Instruments.
5. Having basic idea about input and output addressing.
6. Having basic idea of Electrical and Instrumentation tools.
7. Having good communication skill.
