Job Summary

Develop, implement, and administer Human Resources plans, policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with KCF’s organizational objectives.

Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the activities and day-to-day operations of the HR Department.

Contribute to the development of HR Department goals, objectives, strategies, and systems, and monitor their effective implementation.

Develop, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions, organizational structures, and reporting lines.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, vacancy announcements, candidate screening, longlisting, coordination with relevant departments for shortlisting, interviews, selection, and appointment.

Oversee recruitment activities for all personnel and ensure recruitment processes are transparent, consistent, properly documented, and in accordance with KCF procedures.

Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, workplace rules, policies, and organizational expectations.

Develop, review, and recommend personnel policies, procedures, guidelines, and the employee handbook to ensure effective and consistent HR practices.

Manage and maintain employee records, attendance records, personnel files, HR databases, department reports, and other required HR documentation.

Develop, analyze, and monitor the company’s salary structure and salary budget, including periodic salary surveys and recommendations based on organizational requirements.

Administer employee benefits and entitlements in accordance with approved KCF policies and applicable procedures.

Develop, review, and administer employee performance evaluation and performance management programs.

Assess employee training and development needs and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate training and development programs.

Provide training, counseling, coaching, and guidance to employees and supervisors to support employee development, performance, discipline, and workplace relations.

Manage employee relations matters and provide appropriate guidance regarding workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee counseling.

Conduct and/or coordinate workplace investigations and ensure disciplinary and termination procedures are handled fairly, consistently, confidentially, and in accordance with KCF policies and applicable requirements.

Conduct and oversee exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee retention, workplace practices, and HR services.

Maintain and regularly update the company directory, organizational charts, personnel structures, and other HR-related organizational information.

Prepare clear, accurate, and timely HR reports, analyses, presentations, and management information for senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Participate in management and administrative staff meetings and provide HR-related advice, updates, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Monitor workplace health and safety compliance from an HR perspective and coordinate with relevant departments to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.

Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new HR policies, approaches, systems, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee management.

Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and accessibility of HR records and information in accordance with KCF requirements.

Perform necessary administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Ensure that all HR activities are implemented professionally, consistently, transparently, and in accordance with approved KCF policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar related field

5 years’ experience in HR & Management

Excellent communication skills and English Proficiency, both oral and written;

Excellent computer skills in word processing and excel.

Outstanding team building and management skill.

Negotiation and decision-making skills.

Ability to make decision and get measurable results through a diverse team.

Ability to manage and direct a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
