**Technical Integration and Partner Coordination**
- Coordinate technical requirements, connectivity setup, testing sessions, issue resolution, and follow-up with external partners.
- Read API documentation and test requests, responses, authentication, error handling, and timeout behaviour using Postman, curl, or equivalent tools.
- Maintain an integration issue tracker with evidence, owners, next actions, and target dates.
- Prepare clear technical emails, meeting notes, test results, and escalation reports.
- Support payment-switch integration testing under the guidance of the designated integration lead.
**Infrastructure and Connectivity**
1.Monitor and troubleshoot Linux servers, application services, DNS, TLS certificates, routing, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
2. Investigate site-to-site IPsec VPN issues with the relevant network teams and service providers.
3. Analyse application, server, and database logs to identify the source of failures. - Maintain monitoring, alerting, backup verification, and documented restore checks.
**Application and Deployment Support**
1. Support controlled deployments and rollbacks using approved procedures.
2.Work with Git, Docker, shell scripts, and application configuration.
3.Perform authorised database health checks and read-only SQL investigations; escalate deeper database changes to the responsible specialist.
4.Diagnose web application and browser-to-API issues with the development team.
5.Keep configuration records, troubleshooting guides, and operational handover documentation current.
**Incident and Security Responsibilities**
- Act as the local technical contact during incidents and agreed go-live support periods.
- Escalate issues with timestamps, affected services, sanitised logs, and transaction or request references where applicable.
- Investigate uncertain transaction outcomes without blindly retrying payment requests or changing financial records.
- Follow approved access, confidentiality, change-control, and incident procedures.
- Use individual accounts, MFA, and least-privilege access. Protect credentials and customer information.
- Perform sensitive production changes only after the required approval and preserve the associated change and incident records.
