World Vision (WV) Afghanistan is inviting interested bidders to submit offers for Supply and Delivery of Winterization Kits, Agricultural Tools, Genuine Toners & Cartridges, Educational Kits, Learning Materials, and Office Stationery Under Framework Agreements

The following table contains 4 Invitation to Bid (ITB) thus, the bidders wishing to participate in any or all of this electronic tendering process (Provision-based system-Offering) must complete the online form via the link provided in Registration Link Column no later than 02:00 PM (Kabul Local Time) on Nov 19, 2026. Once submitted, the WV Supply Chain team will add the supplier to the WVI Provision Platform. After this, the supplier will gain access to the system, where they can view the bidding documents and submit their quotation in accordance with the instructions provided.

Bids shall be submitted in the system through the following instructions:

Instruction to Bidders:

· The bidders should submit their Bids/Quotations only through the Provision system and no Bids would be accepted physically.

· Bidders missing contact information like “vendor name, Vendor president name, Email Address, and Phone number” in the letter of interest will not be considered for the tender participation.

· Any submission of the letter of interest after the deadline will be rejected and bidders will not be invited to tender.

Late and physical quotations will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.
