Strengthening life-saving access to safe drinking water and sanitation in Paktika Province

Construction of 60 latrines in total across Yosuf Khel and Sarawza districts, Paktika Province and Rehabilitation of 15 Existing Water wells and installing new handpumps.

Bidders are strongly advised to thoroughly review and complete this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all its mandatory annexes. Failure to adhere to the bid submission requirements shall be at the bidder’s own risk. Any bid that is not substantially responsive to the requirements outlined in the bidding documents will be rejected.

Offerors requesting clarification of any of the items, technical requirements, or conditions stipulated in this ITB shall communicate in writing with the ANURDO office to procurement@anurdo.org stating the ITB reference number: ANURDO-KBL-26-002
